STRETCH is a festival in Berlin featuring workshops and performances in order to inspire and experience a deeper, wider, more soulful and playful connection to one another and to life itself. It explores the interface of bodywork, mindfulness, art, movement, sexuality, psychology, spirituality, gender, identity, ritual, performance and social engagement.
